The ART library
Everything a person considering Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) tends to ask, answered in plain English by a clinician who uses it, including where the evidence is still thin. Nothing here asks for your email address.
How this library is written
No success rates and no promised session counts. ART’s research is promising and still small, and every page says so where it matters. Where another treatment has the stronger evidence for a problem, the page tells you that too.
Education, not a diagnosis. Whether ART suits you is a clinical judgement made after an assessment, not something a web page can decide.
How ART works
