Terms of use
Last updated 1 September 2026.
Who we are
The Denning Center, 8626 Tesoro Drive, Suite 205, San Antonio, TX 78217. These terms govern your use of https://jimdenninglpc.com.
No therapist–client relationship
A therapeutic relationship begins only when you and the clinician have agreed to it, you have completed intake, and you have signed an informed consent. Submitting the consultation form is a request for a conversation. It does not guarantee an appointment, and availability is not promised.
Accuracy and currency
Health content here is written and reviewed with care, cited where it makes a factual claim, and dated so you can see how current it is. Clinical guidance changes. Fees, insurance arrangements and availability change. Where a page states something that matters to a decision you are making, verify it with us or with the original source before relying on it.
If you find something on this site that is wrong or out of date, please tell us. We correct rather than quietly delete.
What we do not claim
- No therapy described here is guaranteed to work, for you or for anyone
- No outcome, timeline, or number of sessions is promised
- Acceptance of an insurance carrier is not a guarantee that your plan will pay
- Nothing here should be used to diagnose yourself or another person
Third-party links
We link to crisis lines, government health bodies, professional organisations and booksellers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything an organisation publishes.
Intellectual property

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Denning Center is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect the professional obligations owed to actual clients.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
